Module 03 · Working Capital Layer

Accounts Payable & Receivable Management

Structured AP / AR support helps management monitor working-capital cycles, vendor payments, customer receivables, statutory deductions and documentation linked to payment approvals.

The module covers invoice processing, payable ageing, receivable ageing, vendor payment scheduling, customer reconciliation and TDS-related payment tracking, based on the agreed scope of engagement.

  • Micro & Small Enterprise payment monitoring — Section 43B(h)

Payables to registered micro and small enterprise suppliers are tracked with reference to the MSMED Act timeline and potential Section 43B(h) tax disallowance exposure.

  • TDS on vendor payments

Applicable TDS rates, deduction status and payment schedules are reviewed based on available vendor and transaction data.

Accounts Receivable

  • Customer invoicing support

Invoice support based on agreed commercial terms, revenue recognition inputs and client-approved billing data.

  • Receivables ageing & follow-up tracking

Customer ageing buckets, follow-up status and escalation notes are maintained as per the agreed reporting cycle.

  • Customer reconciliation

Customer ledger balances are reconciled with statements, payment receipts, debit notes, credit notes and approved adjustments.

  • Credit note & adjustment processing
