Purchase order, goods receipt note / service confirmation and invoice records are matched before payment approval, wherever applicable.
Vendor master & payment scheduling
Vendor records, payment terms and payment runs are maintained through documented authorisation workflows.
Micro & Small Enterprise payment monitoring — Section 43B(h)
Payables to registered micro and small enterprise suppliers are tracked with reference to the MSMED Act timeline and potential Section 43B(h) tax disallowance exposure.
TDS on vendor payments
Applicable TDS rates, deduction status and payment schedules are reviewed based on available vendor and transaction data.

Customer invoicing support
Invoice support based on agreed commercial terms, revenue recognition inputs and client-approved billing data.
Receivables ageing & follow-up tracking
Customer ageing buckets, follow-up status and escalation notes are maintained as per the agreed reporting cycle.
Customer reconciliation
Customer ledger balances are reconciled with statements, payment receipts, debit notes, credit notes and approved adjustments.
Credit note & adjustment processing
Returns, discounts, deductions and write-offs are documented and placed for client approval as per agreed process.
