CA Shalini Gupta is a Partner at the firm, heading the Finance & Accounts, Direct Tax and Outsourcing division. She leads the firm's finance and accounts (F&A) outsourcing practice, working with clients on their accounting, compliance and reporting requirements on an ongoing basis.

A Chartered Accountant with over 28 years of experience across the education, information technology and financial services sectors, her areas of practice include finalisation of accounts, direct and indirect taxation, statutory and internal audit, budgeting and cost control, and MIS reporting.

She has held senior finance positions, including Chief Financial Officer, and has worked on financial strategy and planning, working capital and fund management, foreign-exchange transactions with related FEMA/RBI and withholding-tax compliance, transfer pricing documentation, payroll and expatriate taxation, and internal financial controls (ICFR) under the Companies Act. She has also led the implementation of the finance module of an ERP system.
